My name is Jasmine and I live on the Sydney Northern Beaches. I was blessed to have the opportunity to live in the Central West NSW for a two year period. A little place called Greenethorpe and this is my story…
Coast to Country Foods is a family owned and operated business. We deliver the freshest seafood straight from Sydney Fish Markets to your door or town. My supplier has offered me a very unique service. Their 'normal' clientele are top restaurants in Sydney but saw something in my business model and wanted to take me under their wing. I am forever grateful for these men.
The seafood is picked up from the Markets and delivered the same day.
Our newest option is our lamb. One beautiful family I met along the way was a local farmer who was open to sell directly to me. Professionally butchered and packaged, the lamb comes from the farm direct to your doorstep. On some occasions it may even be butchered and packed the morning of you receiving your order. You can't get much fresher than that!
With 10 years’ experience in the hospitality industry I have always had a flare for food & beverage. I then moved into the event management industry and managed exhibitions and conferences around Australia for 13 years in which I absolutely loved. I chose to step away from the fast corporate life to become a mother and I have been gifted with two beautiful boys who are like me, mad about fishing, the outdoors and giving back to the people we love.
In recent times, I found love in the country in more ways than one. The country life and the beautiful locals who I have met along the way. So here I am, doing what I love.
Currently the locations we deliver to are Central West NSW and Sydney's North. Deliveries will be made as advertised. If you live outside these locations but wish to place an order, please email me as I would be more than happy to help out where I can.
